Shared practice greatly supports our intention to stay grounded and maintain spacious, compassionate hearts, even in these difficult times. Living Earth holds simple space for morning meditation, 8:30-9:30 am, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Forty minutes of silent sitting begins at 8:30, followed by a warm-hearted chant or poem, and a few minutes to connect before moving into the day. Meditation includes light instruction.
All are welcome to this Open Heart, Open Door practice. Arrive when you can, leave when you need to. Morning meditation is offered on a drop-in basis by donation, and all are welcome.
Please enter quietly and make yourself comfortable. Chairs and a few cushions are available. Feel free to bring whatever supports your practice.
