Shared practice supports our intention to cultivate open, compassionate hearts, even in difficult times. All are welcome to this Open Heart, Open Door meditation, where we hold simple space for morning presence and practice, 8:30-9:30 am, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Quiet morning chants are followed by 30-40 minutes of silent sitting. A chant or poem invites us into a few minutes of dialogue and connection before moving on into the day.
Arrive when you can, and feel free to leave when you need to. This Open Heart, Open Door Morning Meditation is offered by donation, and all are welcome.
Please enter quietly and make yourself comfortable. Chairs and a few cushions are available. Feel free to bring whatever supports your practice.
