Shared practice supports our intention to cultivate open, compassionate hearts, even in difficult times. All are welcome to this Open Heart, Open Door meditation, where we hold simple space for morning presence and practice on Monday mornings, 8:30-9:30 am.
Quiet morning chants welcome us to shift our gaze inward for thirty to forty minutes of silent sitting, followed by a warm-hearted chant or poem, and a few minutes to connect before moving into the day. Meditation includes light instruction.
Arrive when you can, leave when you need to. Offered by donation, and all are welcome.
Please enter quietly and make yourself comfortable. Chairs and a few cushions are available. Feel free to bring whatever supports your practice.
