Shared practice supports our intention to cultivate open, compassionate hearts, even in difficult times. This Open Heart, Open Door meditation holds simple space for morning presence and practice, 8:30-9:30 am, most Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings.
A quiet morning chant is followed by 30 to 40 minutes of simple sitting, a chance to watch the breath, notice the moment, pray, or simply be. A warm-hearted chant or poem and a few minutes to connect set us in our hearts before we move on into the day.
Arrive when you can, leave when you need to. This Open Heart, Open Door Morning Meditation is offered by donation, and all are welcome.
Please enter quietly and make yourself comfortable. Chairs and a few cushions are available. Feel free to bring whatever supports your practice.
