Open Heart, Open Door meditation, a simple space for morning presence and practice, 8:30-9:30 am.
Shared practice deepens our capacity to maintain open, compassionate hearts and to find skillful ways of being in the world.
Quiet chanting and 30-40 minutes of deep silence, to follow the breath, still the heart, calm the mind, and come into the heart. We close with a reading or poetry, before moving on with the day. Offered by donation.
