Winter Warming Knitting Circle
Friday, Nov. 2, 10:30 am–12:30 pm
At TaborSpace Cafe, 5441 SE Belmont

The Winter Warming Circle is a chance for easy conversation while our fingers are busy knitting, crocheting, embroidering, sewing handcrafted booties and blanketsto create soft, warm items for folks who need a little help staying warm in winter.

Crafters of all styles and skills are welcome. Whether you’re working on a personal project or items for our Winter Warming baskets, bring your needles or hooks or needles-and-thread and join us.

If you’d like to create something for Winter Warming but need yarn, let us know .  We have received yarn donations and can bring yarn for you on Friday.

Winter Warming

Check out our Winter Warming Project.  Between early November and the first week of January every year, we gather more than 1,000 newly handcrafted blankets, hats, scarves, mittens, shawls, booties and more in our baskets at select New Seasons Markets and Beneficial State Bank branches, to be delivered to folks of all ages in our region who need them.
