Open Door Dharma Circles
Sundays, October 26 & November 23, 3:30–5:30 pm
Room 12 at the Meeting House, 4312 SE Stark, Portland
All are welcome. Join us for simple chanting, meditation and dharma reflection, followed by prasad and warm conversation.
The Meeting House is fully accessible. Room 12 is carpeted and has comfortable chairs. Please bring a cushion if you prefer floor-sitting.

The path shared by Ram Dass and his guru, Neem Karoli Baba includes the wisdom of many teachers, cultures, and lineages over time. The practices cultivate spacious awareness, compassion, and natural balance.
For the first hour we settle quietly. Chanting and silence in the bhakti and Buddhist traditions nurture ease of the heart and skillful action in difficult times.
After we sit, we’re welcome to chai and prasad, with time for dharma dialogue and conversations related to the seasons and times we’re in, here and now,and how the practices and principles support balance, compassion, and community in this volatile time.
Our Dharma Circles provide space to explore the wisdom footprints left for us across time and cultures. These footprints and tools buoy us as we navigate our lives and our love for our beautiful planet home.
The door is open, come by when you can to chant and sit, and for dharma dialogue and conversation. Questions? Please contact us!
Open Door Dharma Gatherings
are freely offered. All are welcome.
If you’d like to offer dana, a jar is near the door and your generosity is welcome. Dana is an expression of appreciation that keeps the dharma wheel turning and is always voluntary.
Whether dropping cash or a check in the jar or giving online, thank you so much! Your support is what enables us to keep dharma circles and our related programs going.
