The endless 2026 election season has taken a toll on most of us. Now, whatever the outcomes, let’s shake it out, listen, and reflect with kindness on the good, the hard, and the hopeful possibilities that autumn has brought.
Join us anytime. We’ll sit for 30-40 minutes to hum or chant calming mantras. Then we’ll exhale, get some tea and something to nibble as we shift into conversation together.
We hope this autumn marks a Great Turning from grief, fear, greed, and pain toward more generous and loving ways of living. Of course, change is never perfect, so as we exhale, we’ll quiet our hearts to hear the thrumming pulse of the world and the endless breath that sustains the life of all beings.
